Captian Victus Valorious is a son of Amarr's Nobliity, a mighty captain of ships, and a wealthy bussinessman. He commands a vast arsnal of resouces ranging from covetes to mighty battleships. All ships and their respective crews give their loyalty to the captain, Together with his elite expierenced crew, he adventures across the galaxy, Dealing with both local and far away trouble makers, and enimatic vessals from the wormhole and beyond. Through his survice to Amarr he has be granted high standing amoung its people and citizens. While additionally being granted the privellige to construct a vessal to be severed as the crown jellew of combat potenial... the HMS Prince of Amarr. But to the fleet Victus Valorious serves as the fleets resident Jewdicator.

However, Captain Valorious does not just travel with his own crew, Indeed throughout his travels he has encountered several unqiue indiviuals that together they have created the fleet under the code name "The Scourge's Malice".

The first of these gentlemen was ment during the many years of military service, Marshal Johan Url-Strauss of Amarr, a mighty commander who has dared in the face of many enemies of Amarr and the Galaxy as a whole. Through his daring tactics and bold additude he had endangered both himself and the fleet, but at the same time provided overwelming fire support to ensure our survival.

The Second gentlemen, is an expert Gallente pilot, merchant, freighter, and some would say smuggler. He has ventured across the stars transporting goods, salvaging wreaks, and entering combat zones while commanding suprisingly effective "combat freighters". Through his piloting skills a great many hauls of precious cargo. He similiy goes by the alius of "T H" or the "Trucker Hat".

The third and final gentlemen is the Caldari Explorer Extraordinaire "Doctor ....". The Doctor is one of the finest explorers the universe has to offer, mapping out new routes through space, and finding many previously unknown subsectors to explore. Upon the fleets many voyages, the Doctor uncovered many ruins, and relics that brought great wealth to himself and the fleet.
