Born to a military family, complete with jingoist indoctrination, Gama'liel attended the Federation navy Academy and swiftly graduated with honors enough to warrant entry to teh capsuleer program. One of the few graduates of this program, Gama'liel saw enoguh of his friends fail out with permanent neural disabilities that his patriotism to teh Federation began to wane.
After gaining full autonomy as a capsuleer and witnessing the fleet action of the Gallente, Gama'liel took a step away from the Federation, drifting as capsuleers are wont to do for some time. Encountering the religion of the Amarr ignited a passion in him for something better than the cynical world that lurks in the darkness between the stars. Since that time, Gama'liel has soured relations with his Gallente brethren, performing security operations for the Amarr Navy.
