Hamad is a a family member of the Shattan-Khans, a clan within the Cyberknights families,
He is the commanding officer with the 124th KR Cyberknights Squadron-KS, an Amarr reserve unit from the Khanid Kingdom. He is usually found in the Amarr-Minmatar warzone, raiding against the baseliners; trading on the live stock markets; and providing Minmatar refugees with new opportunities in employment and spiritual growth.
Hamad's eyes, face, and his arms have significant cybernetic augmentation. He wears an Imperial War Reserves Jacket with the Khanid inverted crown in the places where the Amarr crown is typically displayed. Under his Amarrian rank is the Khanid Slave Trader Insignia.
