Dal Kai grew up as a slave to the Amarr Empire. His family as well as his siblings slaved away mining for a small poor settlement on the darkest side of one of the Amarr moons. Dal Kai always knew he would have better, but his father and mother constantly told him to fall in line and be a miner. Nothing would ever change for his future. Everyday they reminded him he was just a slave and nothing more. Everyday Dal Kai became angrier. Finally at the age of 23, Dal Kai rose up against his slavers and killed one of them. Sensing the chance to escape, he went back for his mom and dad. To his surprise, they attempted to capture Dal Kai. His father was furious that Dal Kai had destroyed his family's way of life with a simple act. He pleaded with Dal Kai to surrender and await his punishiment. In a betrayed fury, Dal Kai killed his father and fled into the abyss. His capturers did not pursue him knowing that he would not survive long in the harsh environments of the un-charted abyss. After a week in the abyss, Dal Kai was on the brink of death. At his weakest point, he was attacked by a rabid wolf. Surprisingly enough, Dal Kai was able to kill the wolf; only after suffering major damage to both of his arms. As he treaded on, the poison from the wolf's claws and teeth took its toll on Dal Kai's body. He passed out from exhaustion and fever. He awaked two weeks later in a small cave occupied by several outdated robots. They had found him and brought him back to their cave for "repairs". As he slowly came to, he was shocked to see his arms had been amputated and replace with robotic arms. His lower jaw and forehead had also been made cyboric. There was also a small capsule ship in the cave that the robots had surprisingly kept in working order. Dal Kai activated the ship and found his way to space. He was soon picked up by a passing pirate cruiser and taken aboard. They taught Dal everything he needed to know to survive in space. Filled with ice in his veins and a heart to match he now felt more like a cyborg then anything. He let go of all humanly thoughts and feelings and embrace his new body. Dal Kai set out to conquer planets and solar systems. And God help anybody who would stand in his way...
