Born 3299 at the dawn of a new centruy Brandi Freeman, daughter of Maj. General Anton Freeman and Shyra Freeman grew up as a well heeled military brat. She moved several times before her 8th birthday when she became elgible for the very exclusive private Anton Military Academy on CONCORD named in her great great Grandfather, Lt. General Humbolt J Freeman's. honor after his untimely death in the great war of 2972 where he single handedly held off enemy forces from completely destroying CONCORD for 3 cycles before reinforcements arrived. This rich heritage and a long military family tradition set Brandi on a path of service to the galaxy from a tender age.

Strong willed and highly intelligent, Brandi rapidly advanced through her classes and at only 19 years old was awarded her 1st commission as 2nd Lieutenant on board a Science and Trade Institute frigate as head of security. Now 23 years old, newly minted Captain Brandi Freeman leads her own platoon of dedicated, highly trained and skilled soldiers protecting miners throughout the sector.
