Bio
Born beneath the steel-gray skies of the State, Curtis Uitra was raised within the rigid corporate culture of the Caldari State, where discipline, efficiency, and profit defined a citizen’s worth. His family worked resource logistics on deep-orbit extraction platforms near Black Rise, teaching him early that survival in New Eden depended on labor, precision, and loyalty to the corporation.

While others pursued glory in the Navy, Curtis found purpose among asteroid fields and industrial fleets. At sixteen, he entered a corporate apprenticeship under a subsidiary of the Ishukone Corporation, serving aboard aging Venture-class mining vessels operating near dangerous low-security space. Pirate raids from Guristas forces were frequent, and Curtis quickly learned that corporations often measured lives against quarterly profit margins.

Despite the danger, mining taught him something most capsuleers overlooked: every warship, station, and empire in New Eden began as raw ore pulled from silent rocks by forgotten workers. Wealth moved empires. Logistics sustained wars. Industry created power.

His faith in the corporate system shattered after a Guristas ambush destroyed an extraction convoy under his supervision. Official reports blamed operational failures, but leaked communications revealed the convoy had knowingly been routed through hostile territory to maximize profits. Curtis survived. Most of the crew did not.

Driven by ambition and resentment in equal measure, Curtis volunteered for capsuleer integration. The process was brutal, but he endured. Upon awakening within the capsule, he realized immortality offered something the State never could: freedom.

He returned first to mining, building wealth through solo industrial operations across high-security systems. While other capsuleers mocked miners as laborers and accountants, Curtis understood that control of resources meant control of destiny itself. He studied markets, logistics, and sovereignty with relentless focus, slowly building connections among freight corporations, mercenary groups, and null-security industrial networks.

Now operating beyond the crowded trade lanes of Jita IV - Moon 4 - Caldari Navy Assembly Plant, Curtis Uitra seeks more than wealth. Some believe he remains loyal to the State. Others believe he intends to surpass it entirely.

What is certain is this: Curtis Uitra has never forgotten the miners left behind in the pursuit of profit
