He began life as a simple weed in the garden of an elderly curmudgeon.

After being brutally subjected to various strains of weed killer he rose up
and devoured the old bastard and inhabited his body.

After prowling the earth and dispatching all his foes the gods took notice
and decided to favor him bestowing immortality upon this uprooted
vagabond.

He now scours the universe looking for a plot as perfect as his original
home, wanting nothing more than to shimmy down into some soil and
do some photosynthesizing.
