Born into the Hungwell family, it was believed that James would not be as wellhung as his Hungwell bretheren. It was later found that, at puberty, his Hungwell namesake came in, and was sufficiently wellhung to be called a Hungwell.

Hungwell's are the primary family, from which were branched the longschlongs. The branching was a combination of the inclusion of Caldari blood, but also the conversion of inches to centimeters, used to bolster the numbers. The Longschlongs have been at war with the Hungwell's, almost entirely due to the fact that the Longschlongs mixed blood diluted the Hungwell namesake. As such, with a focus on numbers, the Longschlongs are excellent, if not devious and over selling, proprieters and usually quite wealthy. The Hungwells, on the other hand, tend to spend far too much time trapped in a coital embrace to be good at much of anything else.
