Not much is known about Miss Chandler before her enrollment at the Caldari State War Academy. The young woman's life is a mystery to everyone except those she deems worthy of telling. Once in the Academy, however the young woman's personality became clear. Friendly and open, perhaps a little hyperactive she excelled at working with people even when it quickly became apparent that the young woman was hesitant to take another life.

When it came to making a career choice, her mind had been made up long before the question had even been asked of her. For reasons only known to her, she opted for the somewhat more quiet life of mining. While she had often been warned that such a life could be lonesome at times and extremely tedious work, she stuck by her decision and worked toward her first mining vessel.

Nowdays, Ryoo can be found circling astroids, most of the time half asleep in the pilot's seat as the vessel slowly and steadily removes the selected ores, if of course, she is not sitting at a bar somewhere, enjoying a quiet drink as she listenes to other capsuleers talk about everything else that is going on in the vast expanses of space.
