Scully Kingsly was born into a humble mining family on the fringes of New Eden. From an early age, he learned the harsh realities of survival and ambition. His family’s struggle to break into the world of corporate space exploration inspired him to forge his own path. After years as a mercenary pilot, known for his tactical genius, Scully realized that New Eden needed a new kind of organization—one that combined the best of corporate structure and the flexibility of mercenary groups.

In 2331, Scully founded The Astral Coalition, an independent corporation built on collaboration, influence, and mutual benefit. The Coalition operates without the constraints of factional politics, allowing it to broker deals with the Gallente, Caldari, Minmatar, and even the Amarrians, all while maintaining its neutrality.

Scully is known for his sharp intellect and diplomatic prowess. A master negotiator, he can charm allies and manipulate rivals with equal skill. Though calm on the surface, he’s a calculating strategist, always thinking three steps ahead. His leadership style is pragmatic—loyalty is rewarded, failure is punished—but he holds a strong personal code and expects those under his command to uphold it.

The Astral Coalition is more than a corporation—it’s a network of influence spanning resource extraction, mercenary operations, industrial sectors, and covert dealings. With private fleets and a vast array of business ventures, the Coalition maintains a delicate balance between profitability and power, avoiding outright conquest but securing strategic advantages wherever possible.

The Coalition’s fleet is known for its precision and efficiency, with a mix of agile strike ships and massive dreadnoughts ready to act when necessary. Though the Coalition doesn’t seek war, Scully has used its military might to influence galactic events, destabilizing larger factions to create opportunities for the Coalition’s members.

Scully's ultimate goal is the expansion of the Astral Coalition's power and influence throughout New Eden, both politically and economically. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and strategic alliances, the Coalition seeks to stay ahead of the curve, always adapting to the shifting landscape of New Eden.
