Joshua was born stright into the heart of the war, from a young age he was inspired to stand and defend the Minmatar Republic from any threat, this led to him joining the Republic Military School where he learnt how to fly and became an independent capsuleer after some strange events. It started off with his fleet getting destroyed while he was a rookie capsuleer, after this he was given special orders to rescue any surviving fleet members from the wreckages and came into contact with seeker ships, if it wasn't for his quick reactions and determination he wouldn't be alive today however he rescued 3 survivors and returned to HQ safley. A new fleet commander who had taken over command then ordered him to check out a special site that the SOE had been researching, when he arrived there he found more wreckages of a Minmatar fleet however Joshua perceived and found a hidden signal which was used to win the battle against the Seekers which led to him becoming an independent capsuleer.
