I'm new to pvp and FW, and happy to take fair fights. If I'm in a plex with a T1 non-faction frigate, I will fight any one other T1 non-Faction frigate. If you enter the plex with your Succubus or Worm, for example, or you have friends lurking about waiting to jump in, I will blue-ball you (if I'm paying attention).
