I'm a career Courier, Miner, and Planetary Industrialist. I've been more Alpha than Omega, so my ability to safely deliver contracts to Null & LowSec is minimal — though I'm gunning for a DST soon!
I've dabbled in Fast Tackle, Covert Ops, and EWAR.

Delivery Limitations
(1) Unless you are a regular client, I will not accept contracts that have a Drop-Off location of a player station. Sorry!
(2) Collateral must be 100,000,000 ISK (one hundred million) or lower. Collateral should be no more than 110% value of the item(s) being contracted.
(3) Volume must be 7,600m3 (seven thousand six hundred) or lower.
(4) Low Sec and Null Sec contracts are currently not supported. (Don't worry I'm training!)

Contract Routes 1-15 Jumps (Total) [Payout Range 750,000 ISK - 4,250,000 ISK]
500,000 ISK Base Fee + 250,000 ISK per Jump
Contract Routes 16-30 Jumps (Total) [Payout Range 5,300,000 ISK - 9,500,000 ISK]
500,000 ISK Base Fee + 300,000 ISK per Jump
Contract Routes 31-45 Jumps (Total) [Payout Range 11,350,000 ISK - 16,250,000 ISK]
500,000 ISK Base Fee + 350,000 ISK per Jump
