Junmei's past is a mystery - born in Jin-Mei to unknown parents, she was raised in an orphanage. Her hardscrabble early life carried her through a series of arrests for minor infractions like burglary and shoplifting, but at the age of 16 she used her anonymous background, hazy birthdate and the fact that she was told to "straighen up or go to jail" to sign onto the Gallente Federation Navy spaceforce where she learned discipline and piloting skills. As she begins to explore the universe, she aspires to become a force to reckon with.
