I was surface miner on the moons of Dodixie. At the end of the day the boys and I would hit the cantinas and drink our fill of stout Vylade beers. There was one drink I really should have stayed away from, and I think you know what it is. Yeah, Mesokel whiskey. I don't know what they put in that stuff, but it makes a man lose himself. I knew I shoukd stay away from it, but I couldn't. Well, whenever I drink Mesokel I become obsessed with gnomes, garden gnomes. I'd stumble around the outposts collecting every gnome I could. It became such a problem that I was having a hard time finding places to stash them. Eventually it all caught up with me. The Concord police were on the case and I knew it wouldn't be long before they found me out. So I paid my bar tab, kissed my girlfriends goodbye, and bought a Venture to try my luck in the Brybier astroid belts. All I have now is my miner, the clothes on my back, and an Iteron Mark V full of gnomes. It's all I need.
