Growing up in Gallente territory Empyricus Starkiller became used to encountering numerous highly decorated and renowned Gallente Federation Pilots. Frequenting Couster II - Moon 1 - Federal Navy Academy & Duripant VII - Moon 6 - Federal Navy Academy became one of Starkillers favourite past times as he enjoyed hearing descriptive recounts from Gallente Federation Pilots about massive full scale battles pitting fleets of hundreds against each other. This has driven Starkiller to become quite cynical. Starkillers swift rise has instilled his Doctrine in Navy Schools empire wide!
