Contary to popular belief, Frank got the nickname Fish Tank not by sumerging a love rival into a tank of eels until they died, but because he is a bumbling baffoon and tripped over a chair in a restuarant, smashing his head through the side of a fish tank, giving him the scars he has today, both mentally and physically.
Unlucky for him, the Giant Squid that lived in the tank, grappled his head and injected ink into his lilly white skin, leaving him the colour he is today.
