There are 463 different skills in EVE, with a total of 554,230,000 skill points. Every Omega clone character can potentially learn every skill, but it would take over 23 years of skill training even with the best attributes, or 3,384 Large Skill Injectors, to achieve. About $22,100 worth of PLEX would be required to buy that many skill injectors at current PLEX and LSI pricing (it would probably be very difficult to buy that many though).
