Specifically this is for the mail sent on 2013.01.17 at 00:39, which contained the following: "...this will come back to haunt you so bad, it may affect your marriage with your wife and your future relationship with your child. Sleep with your computer off and logged out of this world we call EVE, or suffer the consequences of my terror..."
Further violations of this kind will lead to a permanent ban from EVE Online.
