(this lets you use an expanded probe launcher and combat scanner probes)
Minmatar Frigate III
(this lets you fly a probe which carries 2 drones and has a bonus to scanning when you are using probes)

Hull Upgrades II, Navigation I, Afterburner I, Drones II, Scout Drone Operation II
