The Bloodscent Clan dates back to the earliest records of the Ni-Kunni Heritage. Before the Amarr almost completely obliterated what was their homeworld, Mishi IV, the Bloodscent Clan was in the top eschelon of the Ni-Kunni Tribal Council around the area of Kar-Kuleahl.

Enslaved by the Amarr Empire's Sarum Family for many generations, the Bloodscent Clan had to endure their bonds, even though to the Ni-Kunni they were considered royalty. Only through service to the Sarum Family of the Throne Worlds and their Navy did the Bloodscents eventually earn back their freedom.

Zail, the eldest of his immediate family, set out to become what many have before. As the eldest birthrite, it falls on him to honor the Bloodscent family name in what ever way possible.
