Salvager isk share in my locust fleets...
All members, including salvagers, should get a roughly equal share per unit of time spent in the fleet. As salvagers are not on grid when most of the rats are destroyed, they miss out on a lot of the bounties. To make up for this they should take a share off the top of the loot/salvage proceeds before distributing the rest. Calculate the amount by looking at the difference in wallet gain between a salvager and damage dealer for the duration of the missions (assuming they were on for the same time).
