So heres the deal if I'm in an anomaly or site and you come into it and then decide to warp off to find your own I will give you neutral standings so I can return the courtesy in future.
If you try to compete a site with me then you get negative standings and I will always contest any site you are in forever and ever.
If neither of us has met before and I warp into a site you have already started you have a 50/50 chance of me competing or not. That all comes down to if I can be bothered to try.
