After being rescued from a damaged pod by the DED, Kos was employed by the CONCORD Assembly, to assist in the legal system by becomming a duty lawyer, representing the majority in trial. Years into his tenure he was taken hostage by a group of pirates. All Tactical Telemetry rescued Kos and recruited him as their own personal legal head.
A decade has passed, and now Kos runs his own corporation, Vargas Industries, offering services across the spectrum, from import and export to security and mining operations. He still offers his legal services, to any and all who ask, without judgement or prejudice. And if the price is right, he'll support you too.
