In the past, I used to believe that the Gallente way was the right way to live. I considered the other factions as either backwards or oppressive, and would not hesitate to destroy other factions' ships.

Then, I joined a corporation that is based in Caldari space. I hesitated to do missions for one of my "enemies", but in order to help my corporation, I would have to improve my standings with various NPC Caldari corporations.

As I broke bread with them, I found that the Caldari can be very kind and generous, despite a rigid culture. Certainly not what I would consider an enemy. On the other hand, I was shocked that my own faction would carry out atrocities against the Caldari, like biological attacks.

Now I've learnt that there are good and bad people in every faction. It doesn't matter whether you're Amarr, Caldari, Gallente or Minmatar. We should work together to make the universe a better place.
