Vampseer is a family name passed down from one warrior to the next usually skipping a generation or two. It is only awarded once the previous owner has passed. It is sad that there are no longer any true warriors within the family. Most have strayed away from confrontation of any kind focusing more on a calm spiritual life. The name was passed to the current owner simply because he was the only one in the family still willing to leave the home planet. This stargazer has a spiritual awareness that demands recognition, but he focused on exploration and pulled away from the common professions of advisor and phychologist which were favored among his family.

Unfortunately exploration turned out to be much more hazardous than Vampseer had expected. After several years and numerous losses he came into contact with a friendly miner named Briannt. Briannt took him under his wing and showed him the relaxing and profitable profession of mining.
