Khanid Kingdom = EM/Thermal
Mercenaries = EM/Thermal/Kin
Minmatar - Exp/Therm
Mordus = Kinetic/Thermal
Republic Fleet (Minmatar) = All damage types
Rogue Drones = EM/Thermal <-I would say Exp/Kin but it's hard to say, it is diffirent depending on the rats, sometimes it's even Therm/Kin so be careful with those!
Sansha = EM/Thermal
Serpentis = Kinetic/Thermal
Zazzmatazz = All (heavy kinetic/thermal)
