My apologies for the delay in responding to this matter, this issue is currently being investigated by the GM and server admins as we trace logs and sovereignty changes. However at this time it would appear that due to non payment of CONCORD sovereignty bills the Territorial Claim Unit’s were taken offline. This investigation is still ongoing as we check tens of solar systems for multiple alliances. While human error on the part of those alliances involved is suspected we are still exploring every avenue of investigation to bring this matter to a close.
