The pilot in question is an enigma. All records preceeding her graduation from the State War Academy have been eliminated, I have been able to trace her back to the Khanid Kidnapping Incident where she and the intended victim, a Khanid girl of moderate rank were able to overpower and kill a dozen trained marines in hand to hand combat. Both Khanid and Caldari State sealed all records including her real name. Formally adopted by the girl's family she is now legally a Khanid citizen. She and the girl adopted the name Gally as thier first name dropping their last name for cyphers. My admiral contact had insufficient clearence to access the uncensored files. While both are competent pilots I believe it a means to an end given their skills in other areas. While their first loyalty is undoubtly to each other they have never betrayed a trust or broken thier word once given.
