Eve is a game in which exists an “all or nothing” mentality, and thus warfare must be conducted as close to this as possible. the object in the beginning is merely to annoy and harass the enemy, as to disrupt their production. Doing so not only hurts their wallets, it also damages their spirit. For every thing they don’t do that they normally do, they will feel more burnt out. The pestering continues and slowly escalates. Once the defending alliance finally decides to respond to the harassment, the attacking alliance activates its trap card and sends everything in.
