My parents were border smugglers who amassed a modest nest egg running guns and other estentials across the Minmatar border. In a fit of youthful rebellion I joined the Imperial Academy and followed the command track, earning command of my own frigate upon graduation. I was temporarily asssigned to assit the Chancellor's office conducting an investigation of attacks on certain trader routes. I eventually discovered that those routes were in fact used primarily by slave traders. Following orders I completed my assignment and suceeded in locating the Minmatar operative who was directing the attacks. He was, of course executed. Follwoing this assignment, I resolved to never again directly further the interests of the Ammar slave trade. After completing a series of minor assignments with the Ammar Navy I left Imperial space in the hopes of making a new life for myself on my own terms, and to atone for my personal shame.
