The concept of good leadership

1) Lead by example not by shouting a lot of crap all day
2) Never expect anything you would not do yourself or have not done before
3) If somebody under your command f***s up, blame yourself, blame the teacher and teach the poor bloke how to do it properly and make sure he understood what it is about. You are only as strong as the weakest link in your chain of command.
4) EVE is a free space... if you piss people under your command off constantly, they will turn to someone else.
5) Pull your finger out of your ar... erm... nose and understand that screaming and swearing at people in a game does not make up for your sad real life without any power at all, mate.
