Intelligence Officer [REDACTED] reporting on Capsuleer ID number GCCDB-1!GM@-69420, reviewing activity logs there’s something off about this guy. Looked up his files in Intaki networks, can’t find shit except one article talking about a scandal with be-a-capsuleer social network contest, apparently this schmuck just showed up and through some kind of mix up got fitted for a capsule and zoomed off to god knows where before anyone planetside realized what was going on- he wasn’t the winning participant.
From there the trail’s all over the place- he's got a record in Amarr space accused of spiking some station’s water supply with Mindflood then not 2 weeks later he somehow comes up in a Khanid Dispatch with a navy rank. During a sanctioned raid on an Intaki Syndicate complex he's mentioned as their regional "Customer of the Month." On top of all that a Thukker based asset mentioned his name as a trusted member of an anti-slavery network of all things.
He resurfaced a few months later in Gallente Space, detected by one of our Gate guard posts flying some Gurista monstrosity. Anyway I’m flagging him for follow up by Intelligence Directive leadership something here doesn’t add up.
