We wander thru the night....
An endless void lit with pinpoints of light...
Calling out for us with soundless voice....
But we fail to hear thru design or choice.

Will we be condemed to continue on?
To weep and scrape until our souls are gone?
Or is it our very souls that we seek?
The half a heart that makes us weak.

So wander wander thru the endless dark...
Crushed by the loneliness so cold and stark...
We venture onward into the black unknown...
Hoping in the end we needn't live alone.
