My name is Ron Popeil. I am Caldari, born sixty-two years ago on New Caldari. I am a cutthroat businessman with insight into the economies of empires. I have led an interesting life, first selling men spray on hair by making them feel ashamed of being bald, then later moving on to knives and cookware. I craved power, wealth and influence with the tenacity of a vampire and had it all in spades. My hands were drenched in blood during the massive "Showtime Rotisserie and BBQ" infomercial, since i was cutting up live chickens with knives that never get dull even if you cut up a hammer. Soon however, I grew weary of it all, and sought liberation from the corporate grind. Travelling to the Amarr Empire, I purchased an estate and divided my time between idyllic pursuits - including catching fish with my pocket fisherman, filleting the fillets with my ultra sharp knives, and then making sure they never went bad or got freezer burn by sealing them with my Electric Food Dehydrator. Now I have re-emerged from my prolonged absence and I seek to re-estabilish political contacts and access my hidden assets. To this end I have begun selling my services and shrewd business sense to a number of upstart firms, most recently the 165 companies that make up "Ronco"; I know that when these small firms have grown to become massive megacorporations, they will remember what I have done and owe me a great debt indeed.
