Dwoegr was named from an ancient and often derogatory, Deteis word, translating in Dweller from Deep Within. Raised at a state orphanage in Caldari Prime, he was often teased as a result of his unusually short stature and smaller physique. It soon became obvious that what he lacked in physical stature he more than made up for in mental aptitude.\x9d \x9d The Science and Trade Institute sent an agent on a routine scouting mission for talent from the orphanages. The agent was impressed by initial observances and after further testing determined that Dwoegr was specifically oriented towards science and research.\x9d \x9d His agent set Dwoegr up for specialized training in Science and Research. The agent had hoped Dwoegr would lead his research team on Project: Starforge. He told Dwoegr as much, however, another agent was able to shutdown the project and have the funds diverted.
