B: Resistance and amount

Tactics
Since most ECM seem to range around 10km or less,
anything below 10km is a dog fight, above is snipping.
prefered method of combat seems to be snipping to aviod as much EWAR as posible meaning that, is ur fast enough, you can get upclose and personal, just drones and EWAR to deal with.
So, whats the best plan of action?
A posible answer would be based on a permanent tank (passive or permanent repair/recharge) and ship bonuses. For ecample, if ship bonuses are towards weapons, get tank on mid slots leaving room for weapon upgrades on low slots.
An alternative method is to ignore the bonuses and go for stacking slots for a particular effect. For example, a Rupture with its 5 low slots could take a formid
