One of a long line of Intaki scholars, professionals, and dirtside crop farmers. Some quirk of karma placed two of his cousins in pilot school as well, with one graduating recently to start extending the family business beyond the confines of occupied Intaki. Laulau (mother's mother, a Reborn with memory of several incarnations within this ancestral line) holds open some hope in training her clone-capable descendents how to rebirth "properly" (unaided). Wei would rather recover some ancestral lands affected by the occupation instead.
