Taur
Ment
Victim of a conscience transfer accident, Taur saw the universe through bloodshot eyes. Pain was his constant companion, piercing migraines and agonising muscle spasms his closest friends. Mindless rage has cleansed any memories of a life before, leaving only fear and hatred to be radiated into space like heat from a dying star.
Constant abuse of highly illicit drugs to submerge unending pain in cool nothingness, coupled with violent crimes to sustain the habit, quickly brought the attention of the Caldari State. Troublemakers in the State are quickly removed, one way or another.
Fortunately for Taur, his way was less fatal than it otherwise could have been. An unknown sponsor bought him off death row, and made him the first involuntary recipient of an experimental 'eudamonic amplification' implant. After numerous tests and trials, Taur was released - presumably under clandestine observation.
