If you're new, run the three beginner arcs listed below and you'll collect 6 +1 Implants, 4 frigates, and several skillbooks including the Salvage skillbook from the business arc. Run the 2 missions for the Tutorial agent first, then the 10-mission arc from the Event agent in the same station. You can run the arcs for all four races.
