Thanks to a random fucktard had to change the ammo truck service slightly. Every item the orca has in stock will be in the fleet hangar once. If you need anything from the orca, open a convo with this toon, drag the item into that chat and tell me how much of it you want.
Also, please be aware that the fleet hangar will be closed whenever a non-doctrine ship lands, or when I am unable to pay full attention to this toon, so do not wait to take what you have requested.
After a request has been made, right-click the orca, select "open fleet hangar" and take the items from there (put them on your ship or in your drone bay using it's refitting capability)
