AtoningUnifex grew up in a Federation Navy orphanage. Of course, then, she was just plain Elizabeth Chase, and she was happy and secure in the knowledge she was with her 'family' - the people her parents had worked with - the Navy 'family'.
During her teen years she finally discovered the horrifying truth. Her parents had been pirates, maybe even slavers... Her baby pod had been floating in the wreckage of a pirate ship after a failed pirate raid. Sympathetic Navy pilots had rescued the infant and brought her to the Navy orphange.
After this shocking revelation she took the name AtoningUnifex and dedicated her life to helping rid the universe of pirates and slavers. After some years working for the Navy and several corporations,
AtoningUnifex is currently working for a corporation dedicated to supplying the good people of the universe with the best equipment possible.
