When he isn't hauling "I don't ask what it is" for "anyone that pays me ISK", Tupari Makur is busy "strutting his stuff" at any backwater planetary dive he can find. Boorish and arrogant, Tupari just "loves the ladies".
One of these days, he figures he'll get a plasma burst in the head for making a pass at some high level administrator's bored-to-death wife. But until then, "ey, party on dude!"
He's constantly complaining to all who will hear about everyone who owes him big money for all the hauling he's done for them. Ungrateful miners!
But behind the boorish outward appearance, belies a ruthless, greedy opportunist ready to sell out anyone for ISK. Thus has he made his fortune playing the middleman between the honorable Minmatar Nhar clan and the evil Amarr Ulkosh family.
