WallyGCHQ was named after the GCHQ Corp which found his drifting corpse near a derelict ice-field mining facility. It can only be guessed that he was the victim of a terrible drinking accident, in which his body was encapsuled in an iceroid.
Being frozen instantly, this ensured his survival and made it possible to revive him by state-of-the-art nanite medication.
After he regained conscience, he thankfully joined the GCHQ Corp. and is trying to revive his own past...
