Tatsu Tahime is one of the few remaining pod pilots who can claim to have had an active part in the building of her first ship, a Breacher class design. Many of the welds and bolts holding the ship's framework together were her handiwork, and she still has a do it yourself approach to maintenance. In the last half-decade though the increasing use of more exotic metals and computer control systems in Minmatar designs sometimes has her feeling the weight of her years.
Despite her age, she remains a relatively capable combat pilot, preferring to fly small ships in hit and run engagements over large, lumbering fleet engagements. With the passing of the years most of the people she considered friends have vanished from her life, and she has come to prefer the life of the scout, darting ahead and keeping to herself.
