Bio
Repatriated Brutor in name only. Udien returned to the Tribes with the posture of a man expected to feel something. Instead he found only echoes. The clan he was born to had changed, or he had, or both. Whatever thread once tied him to the Brutor had frayed beyond repair during the years spent lost in the dark corners of the cluster.

He carries the preserved head of Sadry Damoklet in a nutrient jar, held with the same care others reserve for ancestral relics. No one knows the full story. Some say Damoklet was the one who dragged him into the underworld of boosters and Cartel debts. Others claim Udien took the head to silence a man who knew too much about his past. Udien never corrects the rumors. He only says, “He follows me because he won’t leave me alone,” and leaves it at that.

Shamans who have tried to read him speak of a soul “split at the seam,” a man whose spirit never fully returned from wherever he was taken. They say he walks with the dead, that something clings to him like cold mist. Udien doesn’t deny it. He simply avoids their gaze, as if afraid they might see the truth — or worse, confirm it.

He drifts along Thukker caravan routes, welcomed not as kin but as a familiar ghost. The caravans understand broken people; they’ve buried enough of their own. Udien trades in combat boosters, illicit chems, and the kind of favors that come from surviving things no one should. He sleeps lightly, speaks rarely, and watches the horizon as if expecting someone — or something — to catch him.

Capsuleer training didn’t heal him. It only gave him more space to run. In the pod, he feels weightless, unbound, but never free. The memories follow him, bleeding through the neural link like old wounds reopening. He flies alone because silence is easier than explaining why he wakes screaming from a clone transfer.

Udien is not dangerous by choice. He is dangerous because he is tired, haunted, and unsure whether he is meant to live for the Tribe or die for the ghosts that follow him. Those who meet him sense the fracture immediately. Those who try to fix him learn quickly some things in New Eden are too broken to mend.

He keeps moving but not toward redemption — just away from people and places where the past is close enough to touch - disappearing for years at a time.
