Hiyasha Agausha, current flagged as a an Amarrian defector. The reasons are both petty and long winded but for time's sake it involved his brand new ship being in the wrong place at the wrong time and getting blown up by the Gallente military. Things got worse when the insurance company got back to him and pushed an unsatisfactory reimbursement across the table. He had not realized insurance did not cover the entire ship or even a healthy portion of its value. That outrage exploded ten fold as he was still flagged as a hostile when he made an attempt to leave in his new ship which then got blown up by the Police thinking he was a common criminal. With the most recent insurance claim being hours apart the claim returned for that one was far less than even a low tech of the ship class due to possible Fraud. Livid is not the proper word for the emotions had that day and it took a very long time for him to even get close to being reasonable.
He refuses to take part in the wholesale murder of Gallente forces through another government's military after all of the bad blood, however he is unwilling to budge on his new found taste for non Gallente ships. Or at the very least ships that do not have an off centered Tumor somewhere on their otherwise symmetrical hull. Unless the Gallente ship has a function that has no equivalent in an Amarr ship or Caldari ship, he sticks with the ship that looks better.
Amarr: "God says I'm better than you, so stop resisting."
Caldari: "I don't care how fast YOU can go, I can hit you from here."
Gallente: "Your gun shoots bullets? My gun shoots bees!."
