Born and raised on the Caldari home world of Otalieto IV, Certified was surrounded by the rigid and militaristic culture of the Caldari people from a young age. His parents were both proud members of the Caldari State militia, and Certified was groomed from a young age to follow in their footsteps.

As soon as he was old enough, Certified joined the Caldari Navy and quickly distinguished himself as a skilled and dedicated pilot. He spent years serving the State, participating in numerous missions and battles against the other nations of New Eden.

Throughout his career, Certified's dedication to the Caldari cause never wavered. He believed strongly in the leadership of the State and its mission to expand and conquer new territory. This loyalty sometimes put him at odds with his fellow pilots, many of whom were more interested in personal gain than in serving the State.

When the Triglavian threat emerged, Certified saw it as just another front in the ongoing war for control of New Eden. He joined the Caldari State militia and threw himself into the fight against the invaders. He quickly gained a reputation as a skilled and fearless combat pilot, and many of his fellow soldiers came to look up to him as a leader and a role model.

Despite the chaos and danger of the war, Certified remains steadfast in his commitment to the Caldari State and its people. He believes that the only way to secure a better future for his people is through strength and military might, and he is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal.
