**Exerpt from Subject's Caldari Internal Security file**

The Capsuleer known as Jaenen is considered Untrusted by CIS, primarily flying for our enemies. While the subject occasionally engages in actions supporting the State, it is believed these are not motivated out of some desire to return to grace within the State or otherwise become an acceptable Caldari citizen, but simply to maintain access to our markets.

Subject is a largely inoffensive Capsuleer; semdom engaging its fellows in combat, but prefering to battle pirates and other scum.

Of late, subject has begun taking other, younger Capsuleers under her wing, primarily a young Minmattar named Sedil Okab.

Conclusion: At this point in time, Subject's actions are a slight net positive to the State. Should that change, we may need to add Subject to the list of Capsuleers to be eliminated.
