Born a slave, a young Matari male child is taken from his parents at the age of 5 by his Amarr masters in an effort to break his tribal bonds. But being Brutor he is strong willed and head strong and feels the bite of the Amarr electro-whip many times. At age 10 it is decided that no more time will be wasted on him, and he will spend the rest of his short life in an obscure mining outpost in dead space.
During transport a Matari raiding party attacks the slave convoy and frees the slaves including the young brutor male child. The boy stays with the fleet and is taken in by the captain of a thrasher by the name of Tish. There he learned all he could and sharpened his combat skills. He was sent to the Republic Military School where he joined the Special Forces. Needing a name to go by he chose the name of the thrasher “The Scar” and the name of his mentor Tish.
Later he joined the 16th Interspacial Dynasty’s para-military division as Scaria Tish.
